QUALITIY INSPECTIONS

Our home care service is inspected by the medical service of health
insurance companies in Bavaria.

Resuls:
A advanced QM-system is in use. Special efforts are done with the training
and continuous education of the staff is maintained, the monitoring of the
nursing results are done by the responsible person and the exclusive use
of qualified staff members leads to remarkable quality of care to the
patients in a critical condition.

Inspection Of Our Company In Untersteinach 15/11/2004
Resuls:
The companies office rooms are appropriate (please note that the care is
oragnized in the homes of our patients). Theoretic basic nursing and
concepts are defined and put into practice. Organizational structures, tasks
and areas of responsibility are defined, courses of events are set (if
necessary). Depending on the nursing area, suitable nurses are employed
and extensive measures are taken for continuous training and qualifications.
According to our profited impression, the care and support of the patients
is individual and satisfactory.
The documentation is, depending on the area of nursing, focused on
special nursing situations and so it does not correspond with the "classic"
documentation. The competent actions with critical situations were always
obvious, the care plans are individual and differentiated. The care process
was almost completely comprehensible and put into practice. All staff
members involved, were cooperative and communicative.
