Quality Planing

Question: "What is quality planing?"

The term "quality planing" is defined in the DIN EN ISO 9000:2001 as
follows:

"Quality planing is part of quality management, that is directed to define the
quality goals and the necessary process to carry them out and the resources
to fulfil the quality targets."
