Our Quality Management System (QM-System)
Our QM-system follows the demands of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and fulfils
all guidelines given by law and authorities. It is valid for all activities in our
care system.
Our QM-System Consists Of The Following:
- all activities that influence the quality of nursing, medical activities and the
wellbeing of our patients
- all of the accompanying regulations (in important cases in written form)
- evidence of our actions to prove that our work is done on behalf of our
patients and partners
We are obligated to fulfil the requests of our patients, partners and health
insurance companies at any time and to constantly improve our QM-system.
We are open to critics and suggestions.
