LYNN´S BEST BELONGS TO THE BEST EMPLOYERS IN HEALTH SERVICES.

Bester Arbeitgeber im Gesundheitswesen 2007Lynn's BEST was awarded as the "Best Employer in Health Services" for special quality and being attractive as employer on 31st January in Berlin as part of the Great Place to Work® competition.

To take part in this examination all institutions in the area of caring for ill, old and handicapped people with at least 20 members of staff in Germany were contacted. Altogether more than fifty committed public and private care institutions with in all 70.000 members of staff took part in the competition. The face a demanding independent assessment by the internation famous Great Place to Work® institute.

The basis of the assessment was an anonymous questioning of the staff in the topics: reliability, respect and fairness of the management towards the members of staff, indentification of the staff with their work and their employer as well as teamwork in the institution. Altogehter about 15.000 employees in health services were questioned for the study.

The competition "Best Employer in Health Services" was organized by the Great Place to Work® institute Germany and the research institute Psychonomics in cooperation with the initiative New Quality of Work (INQA-care) of the ministry of work and welfare and supported by the Gothaer health insurance and the work cooperative society of health services and charity. The competition "Best Employer in Health Services" ist part of the Great Place to Work® competition "Germany`s Best Employers".
